Breakfast was great, staff are really nice and helpful, there's a little mini fridge in a common area next to reception. It's very quiet. Wi-Fi is strong. Close by restaurants, a despar grocery store, and the siusi lift.
We had a room above the outdoor seating area and if someone smokes outside, you will smell it inside your room. You can close the windows though.
The only thing we didn't love is the pillows are really flat, so I woke up with a sore neck in the morning. I would try to stack the pillows.

The place is cosy and the atmosphère what you would have found in the Dolomites before the invasion by the selfies’ troupes.
The view from the balcony is astonishing.

This cozy hotel is run by Ulli and her husband. She greeted and welcomed us like her own family. Check in was pretty smooth, and she provided us with all the info we needed. We were also guaranteed a parking spot, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was great! Location was excellent too, just an 8 minute walk to the Alpe di Siusi cable car. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!
Black out curtains would be great to have in the room. But we brought our own eye masks so it worked out well.
