Always the bests views. Great location, quiet, clean apartment surrounded by nature and generally well equipped. Pool and sauna available at the hotel.
A couple light were burned out, refrigerator, table lamp. No local trash bags available, luckily I had something in my car but I don't travel with Sudtirol eco trash bags.

Proximity to hiking trails and town, good size bedrooms, clean.
The TV was broken and not fixed. One curtain was missing but this was addressed quickly. The breakfast buffet was pricy and underwhelming. The apartment did not have AC, which we knew and normally this would not be a problem due to the high altitude of the place. However, due to the heat wave, the apartment was still a bit too warm for us.

Great Views, But Poor Value for Money
The location and views are beautiful, but the apartment did not feel very guest-friendly. On arrival, we found a broken chair, dirty used dish sponges, no dishcloth, no kettle, and no garbage bags. We were even told that garbage bags should be brought from home.
The kitchen displayed a warning that guests could be fined €20-50 if the apartment was not left tidy, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere from the start.
To be fair, after we reported the issues, most of them were resolved the next day. However, no garbage bags were provided.
Unfortunately, the owners came across as rather unfriendly. At check-out, nobody even asked whether we had enjoyed our stay or if everything had been satisfactory. The swimming pool at the associated hotel is nice, but even there no towels are provided.
Overall, we felt that the property focuses more on rules than hospitality. Considering the price, this was simply not good value for money, and we would not stay here again.
