I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Anita. It truly felt like a home away from home. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring lovely views of the garden and the mountains in the distance. The entire villa is incredibly atmospheric, boasting beautiful surroundings, a magical garden, and a charming vintage flair.
For me, the location is unbeatable. It is within walking distance of the city center, train, and bus station, and just minutes away from lively bars, cafés, and restaurants. At the same time, it remains wonderfully calm and quiet. It served me as the perfect base in Bolzano, allowing me to take day trips into nature, explore nearby towns, and ultimately fall in love with Südtirol.
Finally, the staff at Villa Anita is so lovely and helpful. They made me feel completely welcome from my very first moments there. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful place with amazing views. the balcony was so relaxing , I was able to drink my warm
Tea with toast, compliments of the house, while enjoying the birds singing while the sun was rising. (Ok, it was cloudy)
The only issue is the shared bathroom. I had reserved for 6 which meant two rooms. I was told it was a shared bathroom but I never realized i would have to share with another 3 room guests. Although i see no problem it was a surprise.

Beautiful location with a picturesque area. The receptionist Zoe ( I might have misspelled her name) who is a wonderful young lady fron Argentina was very helpful.
Our room was and is still advertised as offering free wifi, but when we got there, we couldn't get the signal. The owner, Giorgio, acknowledged that our room #6 cannot receive a signal and suggested for us to go down to the lobby to get signal which we thought was ridiculous given that we booked the room under the understanding of wifi inclusion. He offered us euro 20 discount, which we gave half of it to Zoe-the receptionist for being super helpful with our laundry. I did suggest to the owner to inform future guests of room 6 that it does not include wifi for honest and transparent advertising.
