It is a modern newly built apartmant house mainly with modern minimalist studios. New and clean. The view is really nice, as well the balconys. Rooms has small kitchen, clean bathroom, tv, internet, sound proofing is excellent and top notch. The building has many common areas, as well gym, and ideal for one person for short or midterm stays and even to work from there. Parking is also available, and the downtown/train station is like 18 min walk.
Bed is really a narrow single bed, I am a short person, but felt narrow and was not comfy, perhaps the mattress was too soft or worn out by previous big fellows. I was there in October but still was too warm, they have AC and heating (wall cooling/heating), anyway kept the window opened. Also the price somewhat as Genius member was ~20% more than their actual rate, which I did not appreciate.

Edificio nuevo, limpio y muy completo. El estacionamiento cubierto es muy conveniente. Buena base para recorrer el lado este de las dolomitas.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the 10th floor was great. It was nice to have the possibility of using the laundry machine.
It was quite warm in the room, (24 °C) and I could not change the temperature. The location is fine, but it takes 15 min from the train station. I did not quite get the reason to do a self check in until 19.30 (with the risk of getting a 100 euro fine) if there is always someone at the reception (but it was not an issue).

Location is good
Night if you dont have car its hard to come back because there is no bus is coming.
The room service for cleaning is every 2 days, also they didnt change the towel every day.
Its just opposite of highway, hard to sleep window open, very noise. and if i close the window its suffocated because of no air ventilation. hard to sleep for me at night. I couldn't sleep for 2 night properly.
No good food nearby , for food you need to go to city center. there service is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
