Nice room in historical centre of the city. Easy reach from train station. The room was clean and comfortable, facilities worked fine. Self check-in was easy.

The location was great and made a great base for my travels around the city of Bolzano and beyond into the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. There was an air conditioning unit in my room that made my stay much more comfortable.
Lots of stairs and no elevator available. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be a big issue for people with impaired mobility.

Really helpful staff that helped us quickly check in and allowed us to store our bags even after checkout! The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable.
Bed was squeaky but nothing major.

The apartment had a great location and was cheap. Easy check-in.
The bed was so loud, even moving slightly caused a very loud noises and therefore kept us up. The bathroom door was stuck and we could not open nor close it, merely having to squeeze through the gap in the door. In the morning, a staff member wrote the code into the door and entered our room as we were waking up (Maximum 2 seconds after knocking) to tell us about the check-in time, this was quite unsettling.
