The staff were incredibly friendly and it was a fantastic room for our family’s stay. The hotel was spotless and super comfortable. The location was absolutely beautiful and it was great to be able to easily access Bolzano and also have Cortina and Val Gardena within a reasonable driving distance.
Be aware that there are a ton of mosquitoes during the evenings, especially during late summer. We had to leave the windows open at night for air circulation since there was not air conditioning and the mosquitoes were a huge issue.

Very nice hotel, staff is super friendly, location is just amazing and the apartment was super nice

老闆很親切，雖然不會英文，但會努力用google translator和旅客溝通，老闆的女兒會英文，有需要時也會一起幫忙。
老闆在checkin時主動幫旅客申請交通卡，讓我們全家可以不用開車走蜿蜒的山路到Ortisei。
交通卡可以搭165下到Bolzano，再換350進Ortisei，或是搭165到Klobenstein，換搭160的火車，再換搭161的纜車到Bolzano。160和161的風景相當漂亮。
我來自Taiwan，但收據上卻把我的國籍打成China，這點我蠻介意的

chambres correctes, points perfectibles : La literie , diversité des boissons au bar . le solde de tout compte n'a pas été correct , la barrière de la langue à été un obstacle pour résoudre ce problème mais pour autant très bon souvenir
Le petit déjeuné un peu cher pour ce qu'il présente "25 euros par personne et par jour. "
