The staff was friendly and supportive
The parking situation at the hotel was not accessible for SUVs and large cars. It would have been essential to know this beforehand, as having adequate parking was the main criteria for choosing the hotel. Consequently, I had to park my car outside on the street.
In addition to that, the bunk bed wasn't secure enough. My son fell from the top while sleeping, luckily without any serious damage. However, the situation could have been much worse.
