Location was easy to get to and property was easy to find. The owner was called to come and unlock the gate. The keys were left for the occupants to pick up.
The hot water is "on demand", so you have to plan how you shower to make sure you don't use up all of the hot water at once. Once you learn the trick, it was fine,=.
