AC was great. Liked the deck we could use to relax. Shower was great and clean.
WiFi didn't work on 3rd floor. Towels were the scratchiest we have used in our life

Did not have private bathroom In Room I did not realize that when it says has toilet and shower
To me that means in the room. !!!!!

Very close to the main centre of the city and the old town of Verona. Nice and helpful staff. The room was warm and tidy, more space than average, the bed was big and very comfortable. Clean and warm restroom, the towels were fold on the bed.
1. No elevator!
2. The windows were permanently closed and covered with pieces of wood (to not see the view? Why?). So there was dark inside the room just like there was night all the time. It made my energy low despite I slept on a big comfy bed. To see the daylight I had to go outside the room and enter a small terrace in the end of the hall. But it was raining those days and I could not spend time there, and above all I paid for a room not just a terrace.
3. There was no way to make a tea or warm up water for anything (no kettle in the room or even outiside).
4. The staff said I must pay in cash for a tax and I have done that, but the next day I read the proper amount should be lower that they made me left. I left cash in the room before I check out, so I sent a message to the staff, but their reply was nothing but "it's OK to take from you more than law says". Unfair. And there was no information in the offer that the tax should be left in the room in cash, I managed to have done that and realized it was a hoax or somewhat.

Property is in a great area and was great for a quick and last minute one night stay.
Our room didn’t have a window facing outside and there was a very loud generator in the hall (thankfully we couldn’t hear it from inside our rooms). There are no kitchen areas, no cups for water or anything either.
