Excelente apartamento com grande varanda próximo ao Bernabeu

Apartamento lindo, ótimo pra estadia em família. Com uma varanda muito gostosa também. Localização boa. Recomendo!

Um pouco chatinho só o cadastro antes de entrar na casa. E não ficou muito claro que você abre as portas da portaria e da casa pelo celular nesse site que você faz o cadastro. Pra mim foi tranquilo, mas uma pessoa de mais idade, acredito que passaria grande dificuldade. Mas nada que tire a boa recomendação. Outra dificuldade foi o endereço, que não tem número em lugar nenhum, só dá o nome da rua. Isso pode ser facilmente melhorado.

Nice flat in a good position with a host that could improve in communication

The flat is a duplex with good natural light and a bit of a view.. The cleanliness was good. Heating and air conditioning were available. The location is good for many services

The communication with the manager was terrible. Some of the messages were replied late or not at all. On the phone, he also did not reply every time and he was unfriendly and not collaborative. We were not allowed to drop our luggage before the check in time. The wi-fi did not work at all at any moment. The flat was opened only through the app in our phone and that is ok in principle, but having a host that does not reply on the phone when something does not work makes the situation scary (what if the app does not work when we want to enter late in the evening?)

El apartamento estaba genial, muy cómodo, limpio y buena ubicacion.

Realmente no tienen pago en la instalación directamente, te piden pagarlo con tarjeta un par de días antes, lo hicimos, también solicitamos entrar a las 14h en vez de las 15h y fue rechazado. Aún así repetiriamos, el apartamento en si estaba genial

La ubicación y la limpieza son lo único bueno

Muy descuidado, las cortinas están todas caídas, no tiene pérsianas ni black out con lo cual entra el sol y se calienta mucho, las camas no son cómodas, la ducha no se puede poner bien.
