Really good location, just near the metro station. A supermarket is just around the corner.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Some of the rooms are located below the ground level and have no windows. Overall, the price is too high: we've paid 200 EUR; for the next few days in Valencia, we got a one-night golf-course spa hotel with breakfast for 209 EUR. I believe that's the combined effect of F1 + Shakira concerts, but whatever, it's still a lot.

Estaba todo nuevo
Dos noches que no pudimos dormir. Las paredes son muy finas y como los apartamentos tienen escalera para las habitaciones cada vez que el vecino bajaba parecía que se caía todo. Cuando abrían la puerta parecía que habrían la tuya y daba miedo porque como no hay llave solo un código y está a pie de calle. Me sabe mal porque está bien pero es imposible dormir ahí. Y tampoco tiene en las habitaciones nada de ventilación ni ventana ni nada un poco agobio.
