Convenient stay

Close to metro.

Beside construction, making it very noisy during weekday morning. Room is tight for 3 pax.

Will never come here again. Terrible service, you can’t treat a guest like that

It looked nice

Misleading information. A/C listed but you don’t let the guest turn it on. Terrible customer service, promise of portable A/C to amend and did not do it despite following up several times. We feel fooled. We were uncomfortable in the place and with the service, very displeasing. We also put a complaint to booking which you say takes 24h to reply and then never responded.

A noisy room but very central

The location, very central and easy to reach with public transport. Close to the airport.

The noise. In the room there is a small kitchen with a refrigerator. The refrigerator is old and very noisy and cannot be switch off. The noise wakes you up in the middle of the night because it goes on and off continuosly. One can hear everything from the neighbour rooms. When the neighbour uses the water, the toilet makes a lot of noise. There were renovations (drilling the walls, hammering, .....) in the neighbour room during the day which were really noisy. This is not acceptable! The room should not be rented if renovations are on going next door!!

I won’t return

- Right next to the office I was visiting - acceptable apartment size

- no information given prior arrival. I had to call several times and send a message proactively on booking to get information - address put on the booking wrong. They asked me to go to another address (not far but still) - apartment DOES NOT look like the picture. I had no balcony, no shower but a bathtub and it is way older than it looks. - issue with the automatic lock app so the property manager had to come open for me, that made me wait 1h15. This in addition of the no information prior arrival makes the experience really bad. - The bathtub's finish is cracked and bubbled - there is an entire building in construction right next door so you hear drilling from 8am as they are in your room and if you forgot to close the curtains, all the workers will have a nice view on your bed. Anyway, one of my worst experience through booking.
