I won’t return

- Right next to the office I was visiting - acceptable apartment size

- no information given prior arrival. I had to call several times and send a message proactively on booking to get information - address put on the booking wrong. They asked me to go to another address (not far but still) - apartment DOES NOT look like the picture. I had no balcony, no shower but a bathtub and it is way older than it looks. - issue with the automatic lock app so the property manager had to come open for me, that made me wait 1h15. This in addition of the no information prior arrival makes the experience really bad. - The bathtub's finish is cracked and bubbled - there is an entire building in construction right next door so you hear drilling from 8am as they are in your room and if you forgot to close the curtains, all the workers will have a nice view on your bed. Anyway, one of my worst experience through booking.

Fake 'Deluxe' Studio & Zero AC at Night!

Advertising air conditioning during a heatwave when it only turns on after 9:00 AM is straight-up false advertising. We could not sleep for two nights. To make matters worse, the host ignored Booking’s written request to relocate us, leaving us completely stranded. Fake amenities, empty promises, and zero decency. Save your money and stay anywhere else!

Great location if you need to be close to the Intercambiador de Transportes Avenida de America, spacious and comfortable

It was a great stay with all the things we valued for this specific stay: comfort, location, and value for money. Kate, our contact was very efficient, cheerful, and quick to answer my queries when we had a small hitch with our check in. We needed to stay near the bus station for an early trip the following morning and this property fit the bill. The room was spacious, very clean, a good fit for three and well-appointed.

La cocina muy completa, muy equipada. La ubicación

Reservamos apartamento para 4 personas, y apañan con cama supletoria que además de ser pequeña para dos personas, es muy incómoda, te clavas los muelles de la cama. Ruidos por las obras que justo hay frente al balcón, y se escucha todo de los vecinos colindantes. Sensación de agobio, al ser pequeño y cuando sales al pequeño balcón solo ves edificios en construcción, vamos estás rodeado de hormigón, no ves ni una triste calle.
