Great place! We stayed at another APA hotel as well, and while that one was also very nice, this one was even better. The room felt more comfortable despite being the same size—thanks to smart touches like luggage space under the bed, HDMI port near headboard and other small details that made our stay easier. Hotel itself is not really big - it is actually really cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.
The location is truly the best in the city: close to the park and major attractions, with easy access from two train stations. It was also very quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a small laundry room. Plus, a strawberry stand right across the street meant we bought fresh strawberries every day!
Breakfast option was really limited. For its price - it is not really worth it, and no choice is available. So we tried it once, and I liked it an it was good - but for its price you can order different meal at any place. But actually - it is not really problem since there are a lot of places to eat on that street.

The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the train station, and just outside the hotel are streets lined with shops, restaurants, and cafés. We were even able to walk to nearby temples, which made sightseeing very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The lobby is small but features a grand décor that gives a nice first impression. However, the room and bathroom are quite compact and leave practically no space to open or pack medium-sized luggage, making it more suitable for solo travellers. As we were only staying for one night, we were able to manage.
A plus point is that the hotel offers connecting rooms, which makes it a good option for families who want to stay close to each other. However, we did encounter some issues with the room temperature in one of the connecting rooms, as it could not be adjusted from within the room and required housekeeping to change it from their end. We did eventually open the window to allow the cool air (stay during winter) to flow in.
All the basic amenities are provided, and overall, the smaller room size is well compensated by the hotel’s economical rates and its excellent, convenient location.
We did encounter some issues with the room temperature (too warm) in one of the connecting rooms, as it could not be adjusted from within the room, it required housekeeping to change it from their end. The room window, however, can be slightly open, which provide a small gap and since its winter, it helps to cool the room.
