I loved this place. Very clean. Loved my room. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hot spring was one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Japan. It's right next to the train station. It's a perfect way to get a taste of the experience of more traditional Japanese accommodations, but in a medium sized hotel. If I ever go back to Nara I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). The onsen was so relaxing and the amenities are great. Perfect location right across the street from JR Nara station. The breakfast was tasty and there was so much variety. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself, and the room looks so cute and relaxing Japanese style. The hot spring was a great experience and having free ice cream and Ramen was so nice. But the breakfast which we were looking forward to it was mostly compatible with Japanese taste, and not what we could enjoy much. But good experience for sure.

This hotel was in a great location for trains, buses and taxi to explore all of Nara! The Onsen was an awesome experience and the bed was sooooo comfortable we had the best sleep of our entire trip here. The massage chairs and free ramen were a nice touch as well
