Very convenient location. Right next to the train station. They give you breakfast included. The room had everything you could need and the window had proper black out blinds. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were far better than the other hotels were we stayed in Japan.
Bare in mind, if you are a foreigner, they give you pijamas to go to the common baths, but in therr you got to stay naked and don't have any tatoos.

Super clean room, beat facilities, super nice breakfast. Great location. Super friendly staff. Highly highly recommend. Wish to go back and visit again. Love Nara and Love this hotel!
