La posizione può andare bene per chi visita la parte centrale della Sicilia. L'hotel è, comunque, principalmente un centro congressi e in questa prospettiva è ben posizionato. Il personale è gentile come è dato aspettarsi.
La prima colazione è così così quanto al dolce (cappuccino piuttosto annacquato) e decisamente carente quanto al salato.
L'aria condizionata nella stanza è rumorosa e i cuscini sono molto gonfi e spessi (unico formato)
