nice place, but very bad after service

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but unfortunately the service was very poor

The apartment is well-equipped, which is a shame because the service was really disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower, and when I contacted the owner, no help was offered. They told me to call a technical team myself, which I couldn’t do with my card. So we stayed without hot water. I also asked for an extra blanket because it was cold, but they refused. The curtain in the bedroom was stuck closed, so the room stayed dark and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no support after check-in. A frustrating experience.

Holiday vacation

Plenty of hot water and location.

Needs extra bath towels, no outside space to sit as the balcony is very narrow. Also a recommendation would be an airing rack that you could plug in, as we had light clothes to wash but no proper drying facilities to dry ,only outside on the clothes rack.

All’inizio non è stato facilissimo trovare il piano e il numero dell’appartamento. L’informazione era “nascosta” all’interno di un messaggio di testo lunghissimo inviato via Booking che onestamente non abbiamo letto nel dettaglio finché non è stato necessario. Posizione non molto centrale (circa 40 min a piedi per arrivare in centro)

Super Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Separates Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer machen alles sehr komfortabel. Bus, Metro sehr gut erreichbar. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants direkt in der Nähe.

Der Schlüssel musste woanders abgeholt werden. Nur für Schlüssel haben wir zwei Stunden gebraucht. In der Küche würde ich mir noch die folgenden Artikel wünschen: - Etwas Spülmittel, mindestens ein kleiner Schwamm, 2-3 Küchentücher und Küchenlappen. Dann kann man noch Wasserverbrauch reduzieren
