Lovely property, well appointed with all facilities.
Location.
Garden.
Could do with a garden umbrella- but would have to be wind resistant.
Pillows were too big, best to have one large and one small.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space, hot water and very clean.
Garden chairs quite rusty, they had comfy cushions on but could do with a spruce up. But that is literally the only minor thing. Otherwise the house had everything and was very comfortable for a group of 9, aging from 80 down to 5.

The location was perfect, beautiful. Plenty of room for my family, from the UK and Oz to relax, and easy to access Southend barns for my daughter's wedding.
