Lovely property, beautifully furnished with excellent fixtures and fittings. A perfect place for 3 generations of a family of 10. Lots of space for us all. We enjoyed walking along the beach observing the acrobatics of kite surfers etc and watching the sunsets over Portsmouth. Not a lot to do in Bracklesham itself but had some good food at the Beach plus ice-creams. Also Little Monster craft beer was appreciated as was Goat for coffee.
A couple of little quibbles. The kitchen/family room floor was not really clean, although swept. We all removed our shoes in the hallway each time we came in but whites socks quickly showed the floor could do with attention. The other thing was, although well equipped we had to buy loo rolls & a kitchen roll which is not what I expected.

The property was absolutely stunning. The garden and hot tub was a real plus along with the open plan kitchen / dining room. All the lighting is automatic with different mood lighting (bit confusing for me to be honest) Adair conditioning in downstairs lounge/diner/kitchen area and also in upstairs bedroom. Again a bit confusing to adjust especially upstairs but a true bonus for us with temperatures knocking nearly 30 degrees. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were lovely. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A truly lovely house, in a lovely location 5 minute stroll to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
The house was very clean throughout however, the floor looked perfectly clean but our feet told a different story, a good wash or steam would resolve this easily.
