Very spacious room, with great high ceilings. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed. Friendly welcome at check-in.
Just an observation, not a complaint, there can be a lot of traffic noise. As this is a city centre location, this should be expected and accepted.

Great location with access to shops transport and bars
Staff were there to great us and gave us some great tips
We were in contact with staff about arrival times but it was never mentioned that they would need to let us into the building.
It can be frustrating when you finally arrive after a big day of travel and the small details of getting into a building are overlooked

Had issues entering residence then property manager showed up with different door code
Hot locked out bathroom manager spent half our fixing lock
The entrance locks could have had proper door codes
