Great central location, cute and cosy rooms decorated in a stylish way, Italian breakfast (very delicious) from a hotels restaurant is included
During my stay, it was very hot outside and as a consequence the room was very hot

The location is exceptional. The hotel itself, also exceptional. The restaurant, exceptionally tasty. The staff, exceptionally welcoming. Directly across the street from the Ulm Minister and tucked into the quaint German town of Ulm, this hotel was the perfect place for our Christmas Market trek across Germany. I wish we'd been able to stay longer as the town of Ulm, and this property exceeded my expectations and I'd love to visit in all the seasons.
I just wish parking was explained a little bit more ahead of time. Once I found the parking garage, it was very close and convenient, but it took me a little while to find it.

The room was clean and spacious with lots of amenities. I loved the look and the modern decor.
We happened to be there on a Tuesday night so the Wednesday market began setting up at 3 am. It was VERY loud and we did not get a good rest. The person above us was also awake and a heavy walker so between the stomping upstairs and the clanging outside it was hard to sleep. It is nothing the property can do, but I wish they had warned us about the market.
The property, although a great location was hard to find. I had to call to find it.
