My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and a lovely piano bar for a late night drink. It is well located and has easy parking. It is just a short walk into the old town and a lovely walk along the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit Ulm in the future.

The room was very large. Had a fridge. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
A kettle with tea and coffee facilities. More choices of food in the bar. We had our dog with us so couldn’t go into the restaurant.

The location was very practical, just 10 mins away from the old town. The room size for a family of 4 was great, very spacious. The pool was a nice addition to entertain the kids. The breakfast had a great variety of food.
There were no bathrobes in the room to use for going all the way to the pool, and so I called the reception to request them. They sent us 2 bathrobes very fast and as they said 'exceptionally with no extra-cost' which is something I first time encounter to have to pay for bathrobes

Clean, big, good location
The man who checked us in / out was very arrogant and kind of a knowitall. Also, the bar was closed. And the pool was nice but there were many loud children, and no supervision from a hotel employee. People let their kids in the sauna area too
