Ok value for money for Tokyo. Location is 15 minutes on foot from the closest metro station in the residential area. So it is calm but there is nothing around except for 2 convenience stores. Check-in information was very clear.
Bed is basically a mattress on a floor, everything is very basic. No stuff, no cleaning. We didn't appreciate the location but some might because it's very calm and away from everything.
