Nice place. Like an efficiency apartment
I neglected to put my partner's name on the reservation. I got called away to help my adult daughter and stayed with her our 2nd night. My partner was locked out of the room with our little dog inside the room. The staff wouldn't open the door or let my partner in the room and actually called the police on her when she became hysterical. She had to go book another hotel for the night until I could arrive the next morning. The little dog peed on the bed while locked inside as it couldn't get off the bed by itself and I was charged over 100 extra in what I can only assume is a cleaning fee. This whole situation had many mistakes and I made the first one. The staff could have handled this in a much better manner that would have allowed my partner to at least get our dog.
