It's in an excellent location for the Barbican and city centre attractions.
A very quite location with allocated parking. The property was well equipped.
The mattress on the double bed was comfortable as was the sofa.
The only negative is that the bedlinen is tired and the pillows are too saggy and unsupportive.
Replacing these would make it a 100% positive experience.

Very clean, peaceful area although close to shops, restaurants and theatre. Decor was very attractive and modern. Host was welcoming and helpful. Felt like a safe neighbourhood.
Only one small thing, which given how lovely a stay we had is not a major issue but just wanted to mention that personally I don't like fabric conditioner / softener on sheets! Whether it was that or not, but I just prefer my sheets without any perfume.

Clean, modern and close to York city centre. Lovely pub for dinner around the corner too.
No little extras. No games, dvds, blankets, books, coffee pods, Toiletries etc.
