The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious, well presented the welcome bag was also a very nice touch The concierge on the Tues/Wed was most helpfull and customer focused
There were a few things that I feel would have made the stay even better there were no hooks in either en suite to hang your towels and also no toilet roll holders The instructions in the hand book in relation to the refuse was confusing as it was not across from the apt it was at end of corrider also the underfloor heating instructions were not cleaI also think both bedrooms should have a TV
The curtains in the living room in particular the static one could I feel be more substantal I did not see the relevance of the games table in the living room.

Nothing

The size of the rooms.
Curtains in bedroom and lounge/ kitchen coming off the curtain rail.
No hot water on the second morning. 4 people needed a shower, only enough hot water for 1 person. After 2 hours still no hot water throughout the whole apartment.
Lack of towel rails in all the bathrooms. No extractor fans in the bathrooms.
