Welcome to Tower View @ Ryedale House - A gorgeous 2 bedroom property with a balcony from which to admire great views of Clifford's Tower and many other York landmarks.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking. River View sits on the 3rd floor.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The apartment benefits from full professional, interior design throughout with great attention to detail.
The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom is a huge space features a king size bed, wall mounted LCD TV and a stylish chaise lounge. This bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with over head shower.
The second bedroom of the apartment features a double bed. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout. Both bedrooms and the lounge also feature patio door access to the balcony.
A second bathroom can be found in the hallway of the apartment complete with a walk in shower.
The apartment also has the added benefit of an allocated car park space onsite.

Stayed in Tower View, 303 at Ryedale House. Spotless when we arrived. Everything from furniture to cutlery was in great condition . Great location - we have stayed in this building before with a different company - Stays York is the definite winner. From booking to clear check-in instructions and customer service was exceptional. Needed help twice - once to supply a shower stool which arrived (brand new) within about an hour) and secondly for a sink that blocked - sorted same day. If I had to find a niggle it was that we were too warm at times. Despite instructions we couldn't get the heating any lower.
Will be back and happy to recommend.

Recently stayed at Tower View for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. A beautiful apartment, everything you could wish for - modern, clean, attractive. And a real bonus to have a balcony on a sunny evening. Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to the shopping area & The Shambles in one direction, the Castle Museum & Cliffords Tower a short walk in the opposite direction. Loved it, highly recommend.

We loved how the place was decorated for Christmas, this added to our pre Christmas holiday. We come to York every Christmas so this will definitely be booked again.

Beautiful apartment, easy to find and only minutes walk from the shops and markets. Car park great, and nominated space with secure entry and exit a bonus
