L’emplacement. Les 2 grandes chambres et les 2 salles de bain.
Le nettoyage est plus qu’approximatif. La literie date un peu. La troisième chambre ressemble plus à un débarras et ne dispose pas de la Clim. Il n’y a pas d’espace salon. Le prix est un peu excessif par rapport aux prestations.

2 main bedrooms are very large and have great space, unfortunately the smaller room has no aircon. The location is very good, central for lots of public transport, only a short stop from lots of the main sights. 2 toilets and 2 showers made it easy to share between 6 people. We had a powercut which stopped the aircon from working and the hosts fixed it immediately the next day.
The main toilet smelt like stale urine the whole duration of stay and the smaller bedroom can get very warm without air con.

Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο για 5 ατομα που ήμασταν Ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.Ειχε πολύ ζέστη και μια εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα..Μπροστά από το τραμ που σε πήγαινε εύκολα σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος .Μεγάλα και άνετα τα δύο δωμάτια και μπάνια σε πολύ καλή κατασταση .
Το ένα δωμάτιο δεν είχε επαρκή θέρμανση .Επισης τα κλινεσκεπασματα θέλουν αντικατάσταση Τα σεντόνια ήταν μικρά και τα ψάχναμε το βράδυ καθώς έφευγαν από το στρώμα Τα μαξιλάρια ήταν παλιά και σε κακή κατασταση.Επθσης καποιες μικρό ηλεκτρικές συσκευές χρειάζονται κάποιες μικροεπισκευές

when you walk through the door it looks amazing. beds were comfortable washing machine handy and very spacious
when you start to walk around, you can see some issues. Cleaning is very average - there were cobwebs and large dust everywhere in the small room hanging off the ceiling and in the corners and on the light fittings. Really poor as they were.
They gave 1 small towel for each person - really poor that I had to pay for an extra towel when I requested 1 more towel - who does that. I asked for more toilet paper - they gave us 3 rolls for 3 people for 3 days. How tight can you be to not provide more toilet paper - and of course they didnt provide any soup for shower. Again small things like that are worth more on reviews than the few € the host would pay - attention to detail. Location is far from centre too but there is a tram. . 1 of the showers didnt work well and the doors wouldnt stop the water coming out of the shower - so that wasnt great
I think 5/10 is as good as they deserve unfortunately but with a few simple improvements, an 8 wont be hard to achieve
