La situacio en un lloc rural i tranquil i a 10 minuts en cotxe de diversos punts urbans.
L’aire acondicionat es va espatllar i rapidament van sol.lucionar-ho. L’aigua de la cisterna s’acaba massa rapid, potser a l’hivern es un problema pero no al mes de setembre.
En general tot es positiu, hem estat molt be, potser hi ha algunes coses de manteniment de la casa que es podrien millorar pero no han sigut problema per nosaltres.

Il Pero is absolutely wonderful - far far more than expected.
The accommodation is the entire top floor of a very large stone building, situated maybe 100m walk from an unbelievable pool, which is shared with the property below and the two others that are situated in another building. Both buildings and pool are located within an olive growing masseria, which is located up a small track. Although you are sharing the site with other people, the distances between buildings and the fabric of the buildings (solid stone) means that you rarely hear anyone else. Therefore it is wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. You have a very large roof terrace which is amazing all throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, evening meal (with a Weber mastertouch BBQ included) and evening drinks. The hosts, Laura and Cosimo, and their family, are wonderful. The location is great. Perfect for short trips into the local villages for fresh bread and other bits. You are only 20 mins from Monopoli and various beaches - so a rental car is essential.
Summary - Wonderful place and we would go again right now if we could!!

La casa es perfecta, ubicada en el centro de Apulia, pero en un entorno rural que te permite desconectar, descansar y tener bastante intimidad. La entrada es un camino rural, pero si lo sabes de antemano no es un problema. La piscina es maravillosa. La casa está bien equipada. Muy recomendable . Gracias Laura por el detalle del aceite 🫒
