Great location(near main stations and big malls/night market, etc). Very quiet inside the hotel. The staff is really welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. Has paid washer, microwave and fridge.
It is easy to miss the actual entrance given the elevator is in the building next door.

Nice, comfortable and clean room. Had everything I needed as a solo traveller. I had a very comfortable stay.
Can't think of much. A very minor thing was that there was no hand soap at the sink so had to use the body wash from the shower. I'm guessing this was just forgotten and I probably could've asked to have some if it had bothered me but it didn't.

Good location close to main station, decent room size and quite clean in overall
Never met the staffs there. Check-in using the kiosk was a bit tedious and confusing. Due to the lack of communications, we did not get our breakfast vouchers until the morning itself, and once, we even had to go over to the cafe next door directly to ask for our vouchers.
