Toilet was clean. Water was hot. The additional service was that they helped to open the door after 10pm. Pure luck on this one cause I didn't bring my key and was locked out outside. There isn't a lift but the floors weren't too high up. I liked the L6 space for all. Tables and chairs. Probably better if they had more charging points maybe on the table to facilitate mobile phone charging. But no complaints for the price paid.
Except that the shower head holder was a bit spoilt. And the locker in the room to keep your luggage is already damaged but still could lock.

The place is somewhat close to Taipei Station, and if you walk through the underground mall from the station, the place is right in front of an exit. The staff at the reception when I checked in was very friendly and gave lots of advice on what's nearby when I asked. Everything is also pretty clean and organized too.
There are no elevators and the rooms are somewhat small, so it's difficult to go around with large suitcases. Breakfast also only starts at 8:30AM, so I wasn't able to try it as I had to leave early.

It's nice that the dorm beds all have curtains for privacy.
The place is centrally located and close to the subway - it's also easy to get to from the airport (takes about an hour) via subway.
I got in late and had to check myself in, which is fine, but note that if you do so you have to pay in cash and you can't get change so you need to have the exact amount or be ok with paying extra.
The dorms have ensuite bathrooms, which is not my preference because you often have to wait to use it. I prefer outside bathrooms with more stalls.
