The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I had the most basic room and had a balcony and nice roomy bathroom. Free water and coffee selection. The gym is well stocked and full of new machines. I didn't use the pool but was impressed by the space available to guests in the common areas.
I would have given this hotel a 10/10 except I had an issue with one employee the male on reception on 7th September 2026 at 7am when I approached reception to ask for location of the gym, he sent me to the wrong floor -3 on purpose, my guess it is some passive aggressive discrimination issue the employee has but I have provided the details in case management want to follow up. All it takes is one bad interaction for a customer to go from a positive experience to a negative experience, however since that was the only issue I had during my 2 days stay I won't let one bad apple ruin it for all the others who were friendly. I would advise management to pay attention to these issues as they will overall bring the ratings down if employees are allowed to be disrespectful to guests.

The breakfast is as usually exceptional, very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and also spacious.
The front desk employee “Hussayni” is one of the worst Hospitality employees i have ever encountered. He was very rude, unprofessional, and just kept saying it’s “Impossible to do” whenever i ask him for anything. The jacuzzi was broken, the weight scale was broken, and the shower fled with water, but immediately technicians came at the scene. The low rating is mainly because of the rude employee that changed and affected my mood for the whole stay. He was not a Mövempick (Accor) staff standard.
