I never stayed over the night. I abandoned the stay
The remote dual separated relationship between the reception desk and the property itself is a potential future problem . The signage in relation to parking is a also a potential future point of frustration. third floor parking signage is only visible past the first ramp but the parking associated with level 3 parking is at a lower level which one would have already passed and one ends up circling around and never to find the so called designated parking, You must then phone back to that remote desk at the other property to ask or park in unmarked bay to go to Manhattan reception security desk manned by security ( different customer experience) and then they tell you your bay is a different number because they are quoting the bay on the floor and not on the wall. There are no cameras anywhere on the parking levels but smart stay personnel on duty & security keeps refering to reviewing cameras of the parking areas

Location was good didn't order breakfast
The curtain rails were broken we could do a better job of maintenance. I actually thought I had booked 3 rooms but then again that could be my mistake.
