Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, loved the open plan living,dining, kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Perfect location for the motorway in to Edinburgh. Lovely safe area. Lovely big hot tub.

Only small nitpicking was we were 7 women would have been better with twin beds. On saying that the beds were extremely comfortable.

The tv in the bedrooms didn’t work but it wasn’t a problem as we had plenty to keep us occupied just worried incase the owner wasn’t aware of this as it wasn’t mentioned

Very spacious and décor and furnished very modern. Suited us as a family of 7, youngest family member 11, so we all had our privacy and able all to be together in the lounge area. Great accommodation.

I'm very choosy so not really a dislike but I would have the bed linen ironed...looks so much better on arrival. And the matresses could be better quality.

The property is nice and if cared for properly would be stunning. The rooms are really big and it was good to have 2 bathrooms. The bedding was very clean.

When we arrived there was a full washing machine and full tumble dryer, which had not been cleaned, it was full of lint and dust and the towels were stained and full of holes telling us they were used for cleaning. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, and no hand soap in one of them either. The bathtub downstairs couldn’t be used as the tap attachment had been removed. The downstairs shower hose was also broken and had to be held, or you could use the rainfall setting. In the whole house there was a used toilet roll in one bathroom and none in the other, so we had to go back out and get toilet roll and kitchen roll. The hot tub was cold and strong with chlorine, the owner did tell us this after we arrived and offered the use of the second houses hot tub, but this wouldn’t have been helpful if they had guests in there also. On walking to the next property the ground was covered in cigarette butts and McDonald’s sauce containers, which could have easily been cleaned. The dishwasher also had dishes left in from the previous guests when we arrived, so we hand washed and dried everything we used. The dining furniture is badly marked and the knives in the kitchen couldn’t even cut a lime. The beds are a bit small for the size of the rooms, but the beds linen was clean and comfortable. The blinds in one of the downstairs bedrooms don’t close, as it’s broken, so we had to manually turn them all up to ensure privacy as it looks onto a main road. It is definitely not worth the money until it’s up to scratch. The house seems far too big for one cleaner. There was 5 hours between the previous guests leaving and us arriving and it was pretty poor to be honest.
