Having someone there to show us the property, hand over the keys and just welcome us was great. The location was amazing, short walk to all the places you'd want to go in Madrid. Lots of places to eat, shop and take in the city all at our door step.

It was one of the most clean apartments I’ve ever stayed and the location was perfect. It was in a very good spot near Gran via street (about 7 mins walk). The stuff was really friendly and helpful with whatever came up. I would definitely choose this apartment again!

We loved this perfectly sized, brand new flat. It is in a perfect location to explore the Gran Via area and the historic centre. Mercado San Anton and a big supermarket were 100 metres away. A perfect base for a small family to explore Madrid.
It had all amenities, was comfortable and clean, and attention to detail.
Staff were courteous, well-organised and very helpful.
Nothing really. The air conditioners can be a bit loud but they are awaiting a licence for central air and it will be sorted by the end of 2026.
Maybe the photos could be more clearly divided by unit, as we had some confusion as to the beds, but the flat we had was perfect for our family of four. It’s ideal to have laundry and a small kitchen.

The location is incredible. It's much more central than I realised, and in a great neighbourhood.
The unit was listed as having air conditioning, but the machines it had do not count as AC in my opinion. They're bulky and extremely noisy portable units rather than properly installed ones. They were so loud that it was difficult to have work calls, and also difficult to sleep (they gave us earplugs on arrival, presumably because they're received feedback on this already). I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people really need to know how disruptive and uncomfortable this makes staying here.
I was also very disappointed to find out that the kitchen had no salt, no cooking oil -- none of those shelf-stable items that actually make it feasible to USE the kitchen that you've paid for. We had to buy all these, which makes cooking for yourself less affordable for any stay shorter than several weeks. I asked if I could donate these items to the room when I checked out, so that future guests could use them, and was told the cleaners will throw out ALL food that's left behind, including salt and cooking oil. This seems very wasteful, in addition to the expense. I've never stayed in a rented apartment before that does this.
I also found the provided supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods) pretty stingy considering the cost of renting the apartment. I get that they aren't a hotel, but I feel like they should provide 1 dishwasher tablet per day for each day I've paid for.
