Great location, walking distance to Irvine Spectrum with lots of shops and restaurants, quiet community, convenient store and Starbucks right next to the building. Spacious 2b2b, next to the outdoor lounge area. In-unit washer and dryer, full function kitchen. The owner is very responsive to my questions and super helpful.
I hope the cleaning person can do a better job clean places like underneath the bed/sofa, there were some small pieces trash and could be a hazard for young kids.

the facility was superb!!
The apartment is rundown and dirty. the carpet was wet and super. The other floors were so dirty, our socks turned black walking over them

in the heart of Irvine , spectrum shopping center and resturants
toilet seat blocked many times, many essentials not available inside apartment, AC issues in master bed room, high floor location
