Location was awesome, offering views of lake and mountains. Staff was helpful and co-operative, rooms were spacious, however, can understand the dampness due to continous rains, despite that must appreciate the owners for keeping the rooms well equipped. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. cheers

You need to improvise your canteen facility, when people travel from place like Central Mumbai spending 4 hours time and 160 kms, they need some recreation, you need to provide atleast MILS DRINKS in canteen at your price.

The only positive thing about this property is its location.
That's all.
The perfect location surrounded my mountains and lake.
The property itself is well made , huge swimming pool, with lake view, large rooms, individual cabin like and secluded.
The food is decent
even after the service inconveniences, I would definitely go here again, more prepared as the property is amazing, the location is perfect and it's comfortably windy.
sula vineyard is just 1 hour from here.
take your snacks and whatever you want on the way as the nearest shops are 10-12km away.
The Staff is too difficult to communicate with. You need patience of a saint to work around.
The staff is new and soo confused that it takes 2-3 hours for any thing to get done. Food order had to be repeated to several people and even then they got it wrong.
One of the rooms we had booked had mismatched sized curtains, some windows are wrongly place wherein the outside people can see inside.
The entire experience is taken away by the staff. they should really focus on improving the services as the location & property makes up for everything.
