Really quiet corner of the estate. Just two more homes behind ours. No traffic at all. Great sunset views from 1st floor terrace. And most of all the swimming pool :)
Would prefer to have a remote to open main entrance gate to the estate, instead of pressing in the code.

A nice garden. A big house. It is a very quiet location. Practically no neighbors were present.
A sweet cat of the neighbors visited us many times.
It would be a good idea to throw out or replace old, dirty or broken things like the doormat in front of the house, the vacuum cleaner in the kitchen, the tattered garden furniture on the balcony or the fridge with a broken handle. All these things spoil your impression. I would ask to paint the walls in the house, they are all in dirty black stains.
It would be great to turn off the pool compressor outside. It is very loud. And trim the palm tree. There was a strong wind for several days. The palm tree was terribly scraping against the wall. It was impossible to sleep on the ground floor.
