Our recent stay at this hotel during our family trip to Madinah was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The entire experience was smooth, peaceful, and exactly what we hoped for during our visit to this beautiful and blessed city.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was excellent for a family stay. The staff were professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Every interaction we had with the hotel team reflected great hospitality and a sincere willingness to help.
I would especially like to mention Mr. Turki from the front desk. He was exceptionally polite, helpful, friendly, and professional, while also being a genuinely cool and approachable person. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel like valued guests. His positive attitude and warm personality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. People like Mr. Turki are a true asset to a hotel and deserve special recognition.
As a family, we really appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything contributed to making our time in Madinah more relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, this was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We left with very positive memories and sincere appreciation for the wonderful service we received. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, especially families, and we would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, Insha'Allah.

We did not experience any significant issues during our stay. Overall, everything met or exceeded our expectations, and the hotel team was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would be happy to return again in the future.

In front of Bab-e~Salaam. Very easy access to Masjid Nabawi. You walk out of the hotel and right into the Haram. House keeping staff was very attentive and always willing to help. Umar at the front desk was very cooperative as well.
An older outdated property, very congested room.
