What a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, especially for easy access to Rawdah! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Pravej and Mr. Mohammad Hafiz, who were responsible for housekeeping on our floor. They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was spotless, comfortable, and well taken care of. Their hard work and dedication were truly appreciated! The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was equally impressive! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. One thing I particularly appreciated was the excellent bathroom drainage—there was absolutely no standing water, and the floor dried very quickly. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, making every shower a really enjoyable experience! The food was also very nice, with a great breakfast selection, including a fresh egg station and a waffle station. There is still a little room for improvement in the taste of the waffles, but perhaps I'm a bit picky since I'm from Belgium! 😁🧇 The reception team was also fantastic—always smiling, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, an unbeatable location, exceptionally clean rooms, and genuinely lovely staff. It's clear that the hotel pays great attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to stay here again!

The waffle, please use the belgian recipe, trust me it will be very wonderful

I absolutely loved everything about this sparkling clean hotel. It is clear that the management pays close attention to every detail. As a frequent traveler, I could not find a single fault with either the property or the quality of service. The breakfast was exceptionally rich, offering a wide variety of options that left me spoiled for choice every morning. I look forward to staying here again the next time I am in Madina, Insha Allah.

Nothing.

The staff were very welcoming, great location walking distance to the haram. The buffet was also amazing with plenty of options to select from. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Special thanks to the house keeping team, Hafez Mia and Paravej Alam who were quick and detailed in their service.

No microwave in rooms or outside to heat up food.
