The location which was great for the town centre, the beach, and the Bournemouth International Centre. Also good for onward travel or attractions.

The apartment was lovely, well laid out, quite clean and comfortable.
The smell of cigarette smoke coming in from one of the neighbours. I would not stay at the property again because of the cigarette smoke. I asked the property manager about this and they never replied, which is another thing I did not like, not even an acknowledgement of my message. Finally the bin situation was terrible, they say we should take out our rubbish to the bins outside and yet these were already overflowing with rubbish on the day we arrived. I asked about this as well and did not get a reply.
