Nicely laid out accommodation, and welcoming touches like fresh fruit, bread, butter and milk on arrival. The small outside courtyard is a welcome bonus. Plenty of bars, shops and eateries on the doorstep. Would recommend for couples as opposed to those with young families.
A by product of being city centre is the parking. Whilst the logistics of a BCP car park outside your door are excellent, you have to factor in the 24hr cost per day.

Location was convenient
Some of the heating didn’t work, the hot water ran out before the second shower and it wasn’t anywhere near as clean as you’d expect in accommodation at £148.50 per night. The glasses had to be washed before use and the place had a musty / cooking smell. We also had mixed correspondence about entry with three different key box codes being given between booking and checking in, which was confusing amongst lots of other long winded communication through booking. This really could have been bulletproof pointed once and concisely.
