I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The reception staff, especially the Saudi team, were exceptionally professional, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view of the mountains from the hotel was breathtaking – a truly memorable sight. The villa exceeded expectations in size, featuring modern decor that added to the overall charm. The place to build memories

The stuff is local and they are so welcoming so they delivered Saudi traditions very well. They are so professional and helpful. Very easy and quick check in. E cycling very nice experience. The Villa many time I came back I found clean and tidy.

There’s no variety of food At tama restaurants they said the iftar is not included and i paid and it was then they replaced it with suhoor and i miss 100 SR it’s not the same value

Incredible Health and Fitness Team who will whip you into shape, mind and body!

I could not have enjoyed my stay at Habitas AlUla more. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, decorated in a classic Arabian style that blended in seamlessly (and luxuriously) with the dramatic backdrop. The hotel seemed to have thought of every little detail that could make your stay perfect and presented it to you - from electric bikes (plus helmets for safety!) So you have freedom to traipse around the property, to fumigation so you're not troubled too much by scorpions and other nasties, to fresh fruit at the gym. I loved the full slate of activities on offer - my favourite was tabata and bootcamp with Izmeer. Because I was lucky enough to be the only person in the class, Izmeer tailored a session that was perfect for my fitness level and you cannot beat the feeling of working out, outdoors. Absolutely invigorating. The staff were amazingly kind, I had a little bit of a cold so Izmeer made sure we had plenty of hot ginger tea after the work out to keep warm. The soundbath under the stars with Le was memorable - the stars and stillness will be what i take away with me. With how well we were taken care of, I am already planning my next trip back for a wellness solo trip.

Breakfast on the first morning was a bit chaotic but totally understandable given how busy they were. We were impeccably taken care of in any case and the food at Tama was delicious, highly recommend the seafood sayadieh. The flies were incredibly annoying but probably just part of the landscape.

The most perfect desert getaway. The staff was incredible and the location is out of this world.

The hotel is serene and peaceful. You can feel the love from the staff and their dedication to making your stay memorable. The food was also really great.

I enjoyed everything, i cannot fault anything.

Unforgettable experience with excellent service from hotel staff and amazing view at the property.

Amazing view, surrounded with golden stone/mountain, feels like in ancient time, stone era…lots of activities.

Unfortunately we missed star gazing activities, only on Thursday amd Saturday nights.

الموقع .. لطافة الموظفين والموظفات، الهدوء، الاطلالة، تصميم الفلل، حسن أخلاق المدير.

Fantastic place with patchy service

Fantastic location and beautiful rooms and facilities. The pool and wellness centre were a particular highlight (with a great range of included activities). The ebikes to get around were also great.

Service was very patchy - reception staff in particular were quite poor (not organising transport requested or fixing cold shower or giving incorrect advice on timings) but restaurant staff were lovely. However, when mentioned to management they were really helpful and tried to fix. The transport costs were also very high.

Breathtaking views

Staff’s hospitality is great, everyone is smiling and willing to help. To move around the valley, they provide you electrical bikes or the option to call a buggy. The valley itself offers breathtaking views, with the cherry on the top being the views from the pool The accommodation’s amenities are great, there is enough intimacy space between villas. Wifi connection is everywhere in the valley. Food at the Tama restaurant is fantastic. Activities are shared with nearby Caravan by Habitas, such as cinema in open air. We only stayed 1 night which was a bit too short, one should plan for more.

الموقع جميل وساحر التضاريس الجبلية فاتنة المسبح من أجمل المسابح التي شاهدتها وموقعه مميز وسط تضاريس وادي عشار الجبلية الساحرة تعامل الموظفين راقي جدا النظافة والاثاث والالحفة 10 من 10 تأمل النجوم في الليل رائع مناسب لمحبي الفخامة والاسترخاء والهدوء

الخصوصية الخارجية في اغلب الفلل ليست جيدة السعر مبالغ فيه الاكل مبالغ جدا في سعره ومستواه أقل من عادي وخيارات الأكل قليلة (المنيو محدود وضعيف)

The way the Bathrooms were a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy. But problem was solved thanks to the Excellent Management.

Tout était très bien. La chambre, l’accueil, la piscine le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement, les trampolines, les balançoires …. Vraiment je ne regrette pas d’être venue.

Manque l’alcool ! Et plusieurs vélo en chambre. Quand vous êtes 3/4 il faut en mettre 2 Le prix des chambre est excessif J’ai réclamé une facture que l’on m’a jamais donnée !

A unique place

Clean, very comfortable bed. Lovely outdoor deck. The most beautiful location and a fabulous swimming pool.

Overpriced

Location is great, rooms are specious and clean

First of all, before our trip i tried to contact property for 5 times over the chat. I did not get any response. Electric bicycle which was meant to be by the room was not available, and we we’re waiting for it around 10 hours. Only after 3rd time calling staff got it to our room. Breakfast is good but not enough staff to assist. We had to ask for drinks few times, we we’re waiting for a clean table for a while, but tables were actually left dirty with no people. Pool is overcrowded with people who is not staying in the hotel, spaces are limited. When we got back from dinner, room was not ready for a night. No water, curtains opened, not refreshed.

One of the best in this world

It was a true privilege to spend the nights at such a unique location and amazing nature. The quiet being of the place, the authenticity and sustainable ways of managing the hotel are exceptional. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, the general vibe of the place was just right. Trampolines at night are a must!

Live Inspired is a fitting motto for Habitas AlUla

We arrived at the hotel quite late, which was a good thing because we got to experience the welcome ceremony in moonlight. The rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 3. We loved the grounds and the e-bikes to get around the property. Waking up and having my tea on the porch was sheer bliss. I love that the Alcove villas have dual access(at least mine did) - you can watch the moon set at 6am whilst washing your face in the bathroom and watch the sunrise on your porch 5min later.

The restaurant was beautiful with stunning views. However, the food and beverage offerings were quite limited and not to everyone's taste. No children's menu either. Generally, the restaurant service and selection are the only things that require quite a bit of improvement. In-room minibar selection was fantastic. Housekeeping, front desk, and all buggy staff were an absolute delight - always going above and beyond.

Beautiful!

This property is in a unique exclusive location in the middle of the desert. The hotel has an amazing customer experience. They have really thought of every little detail. The art installations around the grounds and the art centre makes it the most instragammable hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Habitas Alula is out of this world, we loved every minute of our stat

Habitas Alula is a dream destination, every turn in the property is picturesque, the staff went out of their way to ensure we are comfortable. We loved Fatima’s welcoming gesture. We also enjoyed the sound bath sessions

For short trips to Maraya maybe use an eco friendly transportation

the staff here are really kind and helpful! And the ebike is a lot of fun but be careful when you’re riding down the roads. Breakfasts are great and you do have a lot of choices

The air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted to a perfect direction — so it’s whether a little hot inside the room when you turn it off, or it’s a bit cold and uncomfortable when you turn it on cause the cold wind goes directly to my head and face when I lie on the bed🥲
