Really enjoyed our stay! The airport pickup was very smooth, the rooms were clean, breakfast had good variety, and the sea activities were so much fun. Getting around by buggy was easy and the staff were very friendly, especially Bryan.
The beach was beautiful and private, but it’s more lagoon style rather than an open sea view, which I personally didn’t love. Service was also a bit slow at times.
There’s a Moroccan restaurant at the resort which was good, and another restaurant that was closed during our stay. You can also book restaurants at nearby resorts and they’ll take you there by buggy for free. Definitely book in advance on weekends as many places were fully booked.
I’d also recommend bringing your own snacks since nearby options are limited and expensive.
Limited restaurant options in the resort/ no mini market / the beach is lagoon style rather than open sea view , service was a bit slow

The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and very luxurious. The villa was excellent, the views were amazing, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the privacy and the overall atmosphere
There were a few minor issues with the service and response time. Some requests took longer than expected, but overall it did not significantly affect our stay

The room was nice And room service
The bathroom there was a strange smell coming from it
The buggy service between resorts was bad for taking too long
The beach service was bad
The kids pool should be away from the beach
At night you have absolutely nothing to do
