We live Nookie cottage. Second stay here this year.
When the cottage next door is occupied, it is really tricky getting your car in if next door doesn’t move their car up tight to the wall.

The cottage was a real home from home. Well equipped and in a great location with the added bonus of a parking space.

For us (a couple) it had everthing we could have needed. Good quality furniture and utensils .. it even had sharp knives which is a first in 50+ years. The weather was a bit cold and damp but we had the comfort and easy access to Dartmouth.
We thought the main bathroom shower a bit difficult to enter/exit, otherwise excellent. Maybe a step or a hand rail would help.
