We really enjoyed our time at the house. It is very nice, well-located, and offers a wonderful view. There was plenty of space for the five of us to have a calm, relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the living area was enjoyable, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for all our meals.
A couple of minor points for improvement: it would have been helpful to have some washing-up liquid and kitchen roll provided. Additionally, the living room windows were quite difficult to open, and the lock on the upstairs bathroom occasionally got stuck with someone inside.

Beautiful property with a great kitchen dining room and a lovely big sitting room with enough comfy seats for all 6 people that the property accommodates. Stunning views over the valley and down onto Dartmouth. Walk to town was steep but short. Comfy beds. Nice and clean!
The customer service from the management company was not great. Very slow at replying on their watsapp service I would be nervous getting hold of someone in an emergency situation. The bins were a bit of a fiasco- we ended up taking all our recycling home with us because the bin area and bags to put recycling in was such a mess of old dumped rubbish.

Fabulous views, totally stunning from most of the rooms. Lots of space and really easy to park on the road outside the house which is rare for Dartmouth!
It is located up a very steep hill which isn’t good for those with mobility issues

the living rooms were very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Affordable stay for two couples during the Music festival.
There are a number of problems with the upstairs area as currently laid out. The restructed headroom applies to everyone, not just those over 5'11". On top of this, there were a number of faults:
- a chair in the kitchen was broken and put back toghether to make it appear okay. I sat on it and it collapsed - that could have caused a serious injury.
- a champagne flute was broken and placed in the cupboard to look okay.
- the beside lamp in the double room upstairs did not fit the round-pin socket and could not be used.
- the main light switch in that room did not work.
- the instructions were unclear as to where to put recycling. We could not find the crates nor the black sack, only a white one, so we ended up taking our bottles etc home.
