It is a lovely and well renovated apartment, with a lot of respect for the place's history. It is situated perfect for both the old town and the sea.

The only thing I can think about is a bit of an outdoor space, but not an issue for us, as we spend the Christmas here.

Loved everything the house was very big for four of us. Close to old Town and next to beach. The free parking was a bonus.

It's right in the heart of the old town, you couldn't ask for a better location. The building is beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and has a warm feel to it.

The location is excellent for the old part of Hastings, and a short walk to pubs, restaurants, amusements and the beach, and to a few local grocery shops. The accomodation is very good, all facilities are provided and relatively new. The accomodation is suitable for a family or two/three couples, with an en-suite/wet room in the main bedroom, and a good bathroom for the other two rooms. All were clean and tidy. A good size lounge with a large tv is good for relaxing in the evening. There is also a small cloakroom/toilet available. There is parking outside the apartment which is free. The best pub was the Jolly Fisherman, just a hundred yards away. It's about a twenty minute walk to the train station and main shopping area.

The wet room is a bit awkward as it includes the wc and obviously things get wet, but a little planning is required if sharing. While the location is good for the area, it can be noisy first thing in the morning when traffic starts to build up but it is not obtrusive.

Everything!! Absolutely loved the accommodation and such a bonus they let us take two dogs. Not seen this side of Hastings before but it was perfect for us. My two children had a wonderful weekend - so much for them to do - and we would love to return. Can’t fault it.

Location is perfect and the appartement is lovely.

If there are any downsides it's that there is not much hot water and the beds are not comfortable. However everything else more than makes up for those!

Excellent space with everything you could need. Host's were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Location is great and the parking space is a massive bonus. Will definitely be back!

The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. They allowed us to stay with very little notice which was much appreciated. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and homely. It was well located, close to old Hastings which was lovely. We couldn't recommend it enough.

Me and my friend has a lovely time at the Old Kings head. The location was perfect, right by the seafront and surrounded by lots of shops and pubs to explore. The accommodation was lovely, Neil and Maria have done such a good job renovating the old pub. We arrived a little earlier than check in and Neil was happy to come and meet us and show us around the property and how everything worked. They were always on hand if we needed anything but luckily we had everything. They even had a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge ready and waiting for us which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning here again.

We loved everything. The location, the beds, the lounge, kitchen, huge bath tub and amazing wet room. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Can not fault it. Thank you.

Welcoming host, great communication, stunning property in the middle of the old town, perfect for our weekend in Hastings. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Very close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. The beds were so comfortable we slept so well. Every room was very comfortable and so convenient. It really was home from home. The house is so close to everything, not needing to walk more than a few minutes to get to cafes and restaurants. Marie and Neil were so helpful and very responsive thanks for a lovely stay
