The room, bed and matress confortable

Nice modern hotel, well situated, devoted and friendly staff. We enjoyed the restaurant menu for breakfast (included and varied). Dinner and appetizers were also good.
We also enjoyed the services from the Lionfish Scuba Diving School, whose staff you can encounter at hotel— definitely recommend scuba diving with them (it was safe, competitive price, patient and friendly staff).
A bit expensive but everything kind of is in San Andres, so just something to consider. Some rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, there was a bit of mold accumulation in the shower ceramic and paint of sink and handles is rusty— this is not a big deal but it’s all about the details.

Fairly new, well maintained. Friendly staff and good breakfast. They give you towels for the pool and the beach which is great.
You can’t charge things to your room if you are at the restaurant. I also felt the elevator was a bit dirty at all times.

La piscina de arriba es lo mejor, a pesar de que no es infinita. La ubicación está genial, ya que sales al paseo marítimo en un minuto y tienes una de las mejores playas de la isla a 2 minutos.
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido un poco decepcionante. Desde que llegamos, nos encontramos con un olor a humedad constante y las paredes presentaban manchas de humedad o incluso moho. Además, la grifería está bastante corroída. La situación empeora al ducharnos, ya que el baño queda completamente mojado y si dejas la puerta abierta, invade toda la habitación y todos los muebles quedan mojados. Incluso notamos la sábanas húmedas al irnos a dormir. De verdad, fue molesto. En cuanto al desayuno, no es buffet y tiene un carta para elegir, pero siendo un hotel 4 estrellas no es ninguna maravilla. Luego, para ser un hotel de 6 plantas solo tenía un ascensor, lo que te hacía esperar más de la cuenta. En conclusión, el hotel no está mal, pero no vale el alto precio que pagamos. No volvería.
