Bien

La comodidad de las camas y almohadas. La atención en la recepción fue muy amable. Muy cerca a la playa y establecimientos de comida, una estancia adecuada para ir a tours y disfrutar de la Isla. El desayuno fue delicioso, queda a una media cuadra del hotel.

El aseo del baño, desde que llegamos siempre olía a orines. Con la caja fuerte nunca pudimos usarla porque seguimos las explicaciones para usarla y no funcionó. Bajamos a recepción para preguntar y estaban comiendo,nos dijo la señora de limpieza y que ella le avisaba nuestra solicitud, pero nunca nos dieron una solución.

Portabello has amazing staff and would return to the other hotel

Staff was so nice amazing people . Free Breakfast on Boardwalk every morning was a great treat steps from Ocean and all the boardwalk

Room was Spring break hotel Fort Lauderdale 1985 . NO WIFI Dated old moldy room yet with a balcony on the Ocean The rooms need to be updated . They switched us to their other Hotel on Ave of Americas which was Spectacular and was brand brand new with Amazing shower and WIFI All I can say the staff was amazing and accommodated us and even did all work to switch us to their sister hotel

Nice staff.

There is a lot of noise all night ong, the taxi drivers park the cars near to the hotel an put loud music during the entire night every single day. I was there to compete in a triathlon event and wasn't able to sleep during my stay. It is a shame becaise the hotel doesn't care about it.

The property is in bad shape, peeling paint, broken tiles, no Wi-Fi except in the lobby. in general very poor maintenance.

I like the staff

The staff was very nice. The location is pretty good.

The room was way too simple with no lamps. They really need to update the floors and clean the bathrooms, they smell bad. The door in the shower has black mold. The covers in the bed are very old. The view was in front of ruins from the hurricane. It was our honeymoon.

I would not go back to that hotel.

Great Location and great breakfast

Wifi was not available in the room. Internet was pretty slow. The check in process is very tedious , they notice you a bunch of rules, they seemed very angry and the welcome is not comfortable. The hotel is pricey.

Location EXCELLENT!! Room a disaster, bed were so uncomfortable and the bathroom had water issues Breakdast was normal, good.

The always had a "but" with our requests, they were not proactive on solving our concerns

I have a really good time.

Very close to the beach! Great area to walk.

The internet was really poor in the room. Also they should provide at least coffin the morning. At the lobby.

The room the furniture is nothing new everything very old but 50 years old For the price When I made the reservation the price was permanent 275 how come the price was different when I arrived there I do not recommend this hotel to any friend or relative because this is very bad

It is a perfect family room.

We were sent to Portobello Boulevard, where with less personnel managed to be more efficient at check-in process and at customer service than Portobello convention. Room was spacious, even being a multiple room was private and pleasant. Nice view, clean and easy access.

Extra trash bins and few glasses, plates and cutlery in the kitchenette will be appreciated.

The ubicacation, the breakfast is good.

the elevator is dangerous, it needs sensors, it closes very quickly and abruptly. The telephone in the bedroom doesn’t work, the hotel doesn’t have maintenance service all day.

Very good choise

The hotel was good. Close to the beach. The room was very cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Barthroom was OK. The room balcony is great, however not all rooms have it. The only hassle was a little problem with the humidity of the room. Buffet breakfast is amazing, it's outside the hotel but very close of it.

I think there was a little problem with air conditioner. At night the room had a bit of humidity.
