La piscina y la ubicación del hotel eran excelentes. El equipo de animación organizaba actividades y un show bastante entretenido. Excelente atencion del personal que atiende en los distintos bares. En cuanto a la comida la encontré variada pero podría mejorar la calidad.
El servicio de limpieza de habitación fue bastante deficiente, las camas sólo las estiraban, nunca limpiaron el baño en los 5 días de nuestra estadía, la habitación no contaba con citófono, lo mencioné y nunca lo arreglaron, habían enchufes que no funcionaban y la puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba. El personal que atendía en el restaurante principal era siempre el mismo y se notaba en la cara de cansancio en ellos. Las opciones de snack eran sólo sandwich y papas fritas, no era autoservicio, había que esperar que llevaran el pedido a la mesa y demoraba bastante, no habian opciones de snack saludables, tampoco opciones para llevar al almuerzo o desayuno

A localização e o mar da praia do Isleno são muito bonitos realmente, porém os demais itens são bem ruins.
Alugamos um jeep para dar a volta na ilha, bonito, fotos sensacionais mas.....não nos deixaram se quer entrar no arroyo soprador, exigiram que pagassemos até para fotografar, então desistimos.
GRande parte do passeio de jeep são praias inacessáveis.
Existe um funcionário do bar da piscina proximo ao restaurante que se mostrou bastante prestativo e merece um elogio.Javier seu nome.
Alimentação com poucas opções nos Buffets, frequentemente frias.
As atendentes dos restaurantes são bastante acessíveis, porém recepção deixa muito a desejar.
Acredito que precisa melhorar muito para chegar perto de Punta Cana ou Cancum.
Eles alegam ter um lanche nas tardes que está bem aquem do razoavel, frio e apenas um prato com um lanche e batatas fritas frias.
Contudo,desistimos de ir fazer o passeio de barco pra john cay depois que lemos que não valeria apena.
custo benefício para esse lugar não vale.

The location is perfect! We could walk from the Hotel to any part of the island even the airport is so close, you could walk to the Hotel yes or yes. The pool and the activities were okay, you can spend your time in the pool, and it's a good time. Also, the central beach is in front of the hotel so it's a really good experience. The night events were also good, but sometimes you felt quite repetitive.
The food wasn't good, so I expected to pay a higher price for quality food, and the menu and options were something that they needed to improve a lot. The systems for booking a restaurant for dinners were a disaster. The system is so disorganised, and people are not able to book anything because of the system. I have some advice for this system, instead of selecting dinner for the Decameron restaurant, you can pick a breakfast then you can select the restaurant of your preference and go in a dinner time.

The resort and staff were quite good. I did feel that as with most all inclusive domestic mixed drinks are watered down, at the very least not consistent quality or taste.Food was excellent. Only ever had the buffet st the Rasta, fresh fruit, breads, cheeses a great selection for every palate. Pool areas very clean, water immaculate and refreshing. Wife used the spa, a great deal for an hour massage, she loved it. Staff at the spa were awesome.
I speak passable Spanish, and my wife is a fluent national. I had booked online, using Booking.com - I wanted it to be a surprise. I thought the price seemed reasonable but admittedly it was pretty steep for three full nights, in excess of $2800 Cdn. (Est. 8.9Mill pesos) We had already stayed at like hotels in Colombia during the same visit for for less, so we asked if the price was accurate. When the agent went into the office we heard him say, " Another victim of Booking.com ."
This is no joke.
The actual price for the same stay was only $5.1 Mill pesos
Because of this hotel and two others that we had booked through Booking.com we will never be using the service again. Piracy and lies - through photos.
Do yourself a favor book it direct.

•Best perfect location… don’t even look for more.
•Outside vendors: polite and 24/7 to serve you with good trip packages.
•FOOD: i cant complain. Prior to booking this hotel, read really bad reviews that i consider unrealistic.Food was fresh and had really good seafood and fish with everyday all inclusive lunch and dinner.
•drinks: pretty solid brands and alcohol.
•service: For sustainability purpose ,i LOVE the fact the hotel hold you accountable for the beach towels you use by keeping the towels all day with you and only allow to change it once a day.
With the situation the island is running right now and how expensive are restaurants, i fully suggest you to catch this all inclusive.
WIFI: wifi don’t work very well in the rooms( as per other tourists feedbacks as well). but works well by the pools, and amenities.

The staff that works at the restaurants and only ONE of the three bars were nice. Orlando the bell boy is an excellent worker.
The staff at the front desk are terrible, the manager was RUDE. They don’t feel you welcome, they really don’t care. We paid lots for our stay and this hotel staff and the room were very very bad. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was my first time at any Decameron hotels and this was a very bad experience. The staff of the 1 of the 3 bars don’t care either, very rude as well, don’t smile and seems thar ur bothering when asking for a drink. This hotel in general is very very bad. I work for a big company in the United States and we work with customer service. We travel a lot for work and pleasure. If any of my coworkers or friends ask me, I will NOT recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel or the hotel infrastructure in the island in general requires modernizing. Buildings are quite old. Although comfortable and nice, it can be improved to offer an 5-star experience

The personal always tried to help and people at the buffets were amazing
The facilities were very damage, the bed gave me a back pain because they are too used and soft. Also the music was constantly playing everywhere with several equipment playing at the same time. It was imposible to relax and rest.

The pool is very nice. The location is the best in the island. We got a great room, very spacious and the windows were sound proof. The arepas con huevo and the bread are really good.
In general the service was terrible. There were never pool towels available and after asking repeatedly at the front desk, the ones we got had wholes and were in very bad shape. With a couple of exceptions the staff was really bad in terms of costumer service. The answer to every question we had was no! The schedule of the meals didn’t work for us. We were traveling with a two year old and lunch and dinner were too late. we weren’t able to have dinner together most days and ended up having to buy lunch and dinner outside for our kid. For thanksgiving we ended up having dinner on our own taking turns to take care of our kid. He didn’t make it to dinner because even though we asked for a crib well in advanced we had to wait 3.5 hours and had to place multiple calls for it to be delivered at 6:30pm so he missed his nap and ended up falling asleep on my chest while we were waiting for the crib. The food was hit or miss the juices were not freshly made and very disappointing. The quality of the desserts was really bad they all tasted very similar and had too much jelly.

lack of towels for the pool/beach - often there wouldn’t be any. app for reserving restaurants was 90% down during our stay. understaffed compared to number of people staying at the hotel.

sometimes no hot water. if you don’t know Spanish don’t go. I had a small bag of laundry cleaned $80cad. 😲the wifi wasn’t the greatest

Room too close to septic tank, smelled foul. Room was given in 2 hours late. Cheap food and very expensive. Feels like a cheap cafeteria and they reuse food on a day to day basis to save costs. Bar drinks and other amenities are low quality. Feels like overall they charge for a premium experience when in reality it feels like a cheap motel with nicer infrastructure. My advice is stay away. Also they have sales personnel in hotel constantly trying to get you to buy vacations plans which is extremely uncomfortable

The hotel was in a great location. It was only 7 minute walk from the airport. The food was great, especially in the morning, it had eggs and bacon and freshly made toast every morning. The hotel location you could not beat, right across was a beautiful beach. They also provided a service so you can set up excursions for the day. The hotel rooms were very clean. It was near a bunch of restaurants and hotels as well.
The only two negatives if you are handicap, make sure to get a ground floor room, no elevators at this hotel. Also the wifi was very limited at best, but the whole purpose of being on vacation is enjoying were you are and get away from cell service.

The staff in general were very unfriendly. The hotel needs some maintenance, the internet connection is poor and we go disconnected the day of our check out very early. Compared to our last time in the hotel in 2018, we are very disappointed.

the hotel was beautiful. everything was clean and the room has pretty comfortable. the restaurants offered nice food. the location is great just waking to the beach and it has a beautiful pool. I liked the shows at nights.
